Registration fees

All the workshop attendees must register (50 € per participant) using the AGILE conference web site and also be in touch with the workshop(s) responsible(s) by informing them about their participation.

It is possible to participate to workshop(s) only (50 €), to the AGILE conference only (conference fee), or to both events (conference fee + 50 €).

Note : In April, Avignon is visited by many tourists. Although there are many hotels available in the town and in the neighborhood, we recommend all the attendees to book their accommodation very early. For instance, here is a useful link via booking.com.

Travel Grants available

The AGILE Grant Program will allocate 15 grants (scholarships) to AGILE 2012 attendees, with priority given to PhD students. An applicant must have submitted a paper or a poster. The estimated value of each grant is approximately 500 € (covering full conference registration and a maximum of 4 nights in a hotel chosen by the conference organizers). The call for the grants will be published on the conference web site. In case there are more than 15 applicants, a selection will be made by a small grant selection committee taking into account the quality of the submitted work. For more details.
